This new Meetup Group will focus on Taoist Philosophy as it was formulated in its earliest beginnings. The classic called the Tao Te Ching attributed to Lao Tzu, along with the Book of Chuang Tzu and the Lieh Tzu Shu, will be our foundational texts.

The Qi-gong classes we are presenting at Whole Being Health are focused primarily around Yin cultivation.
