The Dallas Meditation Center is the first Interfaith meditation center of North Texas, home to Zen, Vipassana, Pure Land, Thich Nhat Hanh, yoga, qigong, Christian meditation, and other authentic and genuine traditions of meditation and mindful living. This 6,000 square foot building is dedicated to wellness education, life enrichment and the art of mindful living. The DMC functions as home for the growing DFW community of mindfulness practitioners.
